December Dust
The Infinity room
Look up, what do you see?
I see everything, but almost nothing
Nothing goes and nothing comes
Where does it start?
Where does it end?
How did we get here
How do we get out
It will never end
A bright room full of lights
Should I stay or should I go
If I go I’ll still be here
But if I stay I never go.

Teen Drug Abuse
Most of the teens that are faced with drugs or use them had the concern to “try it out.” But then most likely they will try it more than once. So then eventually they get a major high, which then the effort or high isn’t enough for them. After
repeatedly using the drugs your body comes a accustomed to the feeling, so then you need larger and larger amount to get an equal feeling. Teen drug abuse is something that is very concerning now days.
On the other hand marijuana is one of the drugs that teens in eighth, ninth, and tenth grade are starting to use a lot. Studies show that the amount of teens using marijuana has increased by ten percent. The amount of people using it is about 1 and every 16 students. Another interesting thing is that 21% of seniors smoke pot, 19% smoke cigarettes, while 60% drink. This is something that parents should be taking more serious and looking for things why there child would be using drugs.
Even though parents probably feel powerless against the tough issues teens face, they should try to influence them not to smoke. Some parents may have a clue that there child is using drugs, not all the parents can stop it. Or maybe the parents don’t know what kind of effects the drugs have on their child’s body. If parents knew that drugs like cocaine or does very bad damage to your brain damage.
Another problem that teens face is alcohol abuse. Alcohol is the drug that teens use most because they think it does the least amount of damage to their body, but all along they are actually wrong. Facts show that drinking is worse than smoking, but still all drugs and alcohol is bad. It affects your body in a different way than smoking. Alcohol does something to almost your whole body. Your brain, liver, reproductive organs, lungs, heart, and takes out lining in your stomach. Now that you know about drinking and drugs I hope you now understand not to do it!
